  3. Add salt to taste.

Tempering:

  1. In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
  2. Add mustard seeds, dried red chili, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  3. Pour the tempering over the Pachadi and mix gently.
